Sage Tea

“Garden or Red Sage leaf tea is helpful for reducing or eliminating hot flashes, painful menstruation, anxiety and mood swings. It can also normalize menstruation during perimenopause.

Combine sage with red raspberry herb, make a tea, allow it to cool and use it as a mouthwash for sore or infected gums and canker sores. Keep the mixture refrigerated.

Drink sage tea daily with a teabag of lemonbalm to lighten the flavor. Steep 10 minutes.”
