What is EFT and how can it help me?

 Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is the best stress-buster ever invented and it’s a form of energy healing that transforms lives!!

EFT has been around since the early 1990s and is now well-known as ”Tapping’.  This ‘new’ energy healing method is based on ancient techniques that help balance the body’s energy meridians.

Did you know that the universe hears your vibration, not your words? EFT is one of the fastest and easiest ways to address painful feelings and pain in your body, and release them forever. The end result is a positive change in your vibration!

EFT works somewhat like acupuncture without the needles. It uses your own fingertips as a fast, non-invasive tool to clear physical and emotional issues. The event itself doesn’t change, but your experience, memory, perception and emotions about it are transformed to ones of peace and acceptance.

When you feel resistance and focus on fear, resentment, pain, anger, feeling powerless, tension or irritation, it can, over time, weaken your immune system and leave you vulnerable to disease. When you focus on negative emotions or situations, it contributes to creating a powerful negative vibration that can attract negative experiences to you. You feel ‘disempowered’ and that’s never a helpful state to be in.

By applying the EFT technique many people have eliminated or reduced:

The EFT technique itself may look a little weird at first, but it really works! It’s even been used successfully on traumatized war veterans and people who’ve been raped or assaulted.

EFT consists of focusing on a specific problem, affirming out loud that you deeply and completely love and accept yourself, tapping on the points in your energy system and relieving the stress, tension and conflict that has been stored there, or in other (painful) parts of your body. The result is feeling relieved, relaxed and peaceful, happy, joyful , and calm. Once you heal the underlying disruption in your body’s energy system, it will be able to return to functioning as it was meant to.
