Managing menopause with diet and exercise

Let’s think about this for a moment. If you put crap in your body for years and you expect to have a healthy body at mid-life and beyond, you’re fooling youself. At the same time that you’re eating processed, fatty foods, waaaay too much meat and dairy, you may not have thought about it until now, but be assured, you’ve been choosing a difficult aging process that you’re not going to like.

How do you set yourself up for a juicy, vibrant menopause? It’s all about consistent healthy lifestyle choices. Feeling numb in the bedroom?   • Choose juicy, vibrant foods every day;
  • Drink 2-3 liters/quarts of clean water EVERY day;
  • Excercise every day to get your juices flowing – your blood, lymph, sweat, lungs;
  • Cleanse your body of the toxins that you’ve been breathing while sitting in traffic, driving past the airport, and cleaning your house with toxic chemical cleaners;
  • Cleanse the toxins you’ve eaten today, and every day of your life that are sprayed on, injected, used to store or cooked into the food you eat;
  • Cleanse the toxins that have lodged in your body with the liquids you drink – toxic water, soda pop, alcohol, conventionally grown fruit and vegetable juices and coffee;
  • Get rid of emotional toxins - it’s just as important as diet, nutrition and cleansing. You’ll feel huge benefits – body, mind and soul, when you take a leap of faith and cleanse your body of the toxins called anger, resentment, fear, envy, anxiety, stress, sadness, depression, physical pain, and trauma, among others. All that old ‘crap’ you’ve been holding onto? I call it ‘emotional constipation’. You can let it go now and forever!
