3 Steps to Lose Weight Easily, Quickly and Safely at Menopause in 3 Easy Steps

I think you’ll agree that if they were going to lose the weight and keep it off without help, they would have done it already, but many feel stuck. Nothing they’ve tried has worked, they don’t want drugs or surgery, and they don’t know which natural remedies will actually help!

There is an answer that’s safe and easy. You can take charge of your weight and wellness, at menopause and for the rest of your life, with these 3 easy steps.

Step 1 - Most people agree that we live in a toxic world. Our air, water and food supply are all compromised and contain toxic substances that make their way into our bodies and become stored there. These toxins are contributing to the increase in diseases such as cancer, obesity and diabetes that we hear about in the news every day.

Why is this happening? Our bodies are efficient detoxifiers, but they’ve become overloaded trying to cope with the volume of chemicals in our environment. They have become unable to eliminate these substances , so in its innate wisdom, your body coats toxins with fat and water to protect your internal organs.

Step 2 – Did you know that the human body is up to 75 percent water? It needs to constantly replenished with at least 2 to 3 litres/quarts of purified water every day! Dr. F. Batmanghelidj MD, a pioneering physician and acclaimed author, found that if you adjust your water and salt intake, you can help treat and prevent dozens of diseases, avoid costly prescriptions drugs, and enjoy vibrant new health. He found that most so-called incurable diseases are labels given to various stages of dehydration! Water helps your body release impurities and prevent disease. Good hydration is the foundation of good health.

Step 3 – Exercise (walk, jog, bike, work out at the gym) for 30 minutes, 4 to 6 times a week! Exercise alone is not nearly as effective as when you combine it with Steps 1 and 2 above!

Here’s a true story. I led a group cleanse for 21 exercise bootcamp members a few months ago. You would think that anyone participating in an intensive exercise regime for months or years would already be trim and slim. But no. That’s not the case. When you carry toxins in your body you’re not going to get slimmer and stay that way unless you get rid of those toxins!

When we added nutritional cleansing to these boot campers’ exercise routine – that’s when the magic happened and the pounds started melting away – much to their surprise and delight!

Worried you’ll have to exercise like a boot camper to get the results you want? Nope. In fact, much less intense exercise can give equal or better results when you combine it with nutritional cleansing. I use a personal trampoline for 30 minutes every day and I am building new muscle and keeping the fat off! You could go for a brisk walk 20 to 30 minutes a day and achieve fantastic results during your cleanse.
